UKWA Warehouse Manager of the Year awarded to Emma Newman

Meachers Global Logistics’ Warehouse Manager, Emma Newman, has been awarded the prestigious Warehouse Manager of the Year. Emma was presented with the award during the UK Warehousing Association (UKWA) Awards 2024. The awards were hosted at The Royal Lancaster London on 10 July.

Recognition

The award is a testament to Emma’s exceptional leadership, innovative approach, and sheer commitment to operational excellence at Meachers.
Her strategic vision and hands-on management style have been instrumental in optimising processes, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a high-performing team while maintaining a 100% customer satisfaction rating. Simultaneously beyond her operational excellence, Emma is a passionate advocate for mentoring and supporting women to enter the logistics industry.

Speaking of the award, Emma said:
