IT Support Technician

 

The job involves support of an IT infrastructure spanning several locations, and including approximately 110 client PC’s, 23 servers, and various periphery devices.

The role is varied, but core elements include:
Windows Server/Active Directory/Group Policy
Windows 11
M365 Administration
Hyper-V Virtual Servers
Veeam Backup & Replication
SQL database administration/Crystal Reports
TCP/IP, DNS, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, VPN’s etc
Support of Mobile Devices (Phones, Tablets, Scanning Devices)

Occasional travel will be necessary, so the successful candidate will need to hold a full current driving license.
