Meachers Expands Fleet as Part of Ongoing Investment Strategy

Meachers Global Logistics has strengthened its transport fleet with the addition of eight new trailers, reinforcing the company’s ongoing commitment to investment in high-quality equipment and supporting the evolving requirements of its customers.

Among the new assets are two specially co-branded trailers developed in collaboration with long-standing customers James Hardie and Lionvest. The co-branded units reflect the close working relationships Meachers maintains with its customers and its commitment to partnership-led logistics solutions.

The investment forms part of Meachers’ continuing fleet renewal programme, ensuring the company operates modern, reliable equipment capable of delivering efficient and dependable transport services across the UK.

Darren Vale, Transport Manager at Meachers Global Logistics, said:

“The addition of eight new trailers demonstrates our continued investment in the fleet and infrastructure required to support our customers’ needs. Maintaining a modern fleet is essential to delivering the high standards of service, reliability and operational efficiency that our customers expect. The co-branded trailers with James Hardie and Lionvest are a visible representation of the strong partnerships we have built. They highlight the collaborative approach we take with our customers and the value we place on working together to achieve shared objectives.”

The new trailers have now entered service and will support Meachers’ transport operations nationwide, providing additional capacity and helping the business continue to deliver flexible, customer-focused logistics solutions.

This latest investment reflects Meachers’ long-term commitment to enhancing its capabilities, investing in its assets, and strengthening relationships with customers across the sectors it serves.
