Carnival Administration Team Leader

Function: Leading the Carnival Admin Team

Based At: Unit 26, Nursling Ind Estate, Southampton, SO16 0YT.

Responsible to: Carnival Operations Manager

Requirement:

• Ability to manage data in various systems including Customs databases and Duty management Systems.
• Experience leading a team
• High attention to detail and motivation required to work towards and adhere to challenging deadlines.

• Excellent organisational & communication skills

• Strong IT literacy including Word, Outlook email/calendar, Excel, PowerPoint,)

• Customs/Bond knowledge an advantage but training will be provided.
• Ability to collaborate efficiently across all areas of the operation.

• Ensure data systems are kept up to date to allow accurate and detailed reporting capabilities, both internal and external.

Responsibilities within the job:

Core duties
• Oversee the day to day Administration
• Daily customer and supplier communication via telephone and email.
• Preparing pick instructions within the warehouse management system (LocateIT)
• Updating of KPI reports for Carnival review.
• Accurate line by line data entry for inbound goods into multiple computer systems
• Prepare paperwork for Export shipments
• Perform all duties efficiently and safely as instructed by the Operations Manager
• Abide to all Health & Safety regulations

Training Requirements:
• Full training will be given relating to role requirements.
