Assistant Management Accountant

We are currently looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join our experienced Finance Team at our modern offices in Nursling.

This is a full-time position with a starting salary of between £24,000 and £27,000 dependent on experience and the level of financial support to be provided for continued study leave.

The role is 37.5 hours a week and we provide 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension, life assurance and free parking on site.
Your main tasks will initially include supporting the preparation of monthly accounts including analysis of variances, managing the fixed assets and producing ancillary reports for other departments within the business.

Because of the size and company structure, and the willingness to invest in staff, there is scope for the right candidate to progress both academically and in terms of accounting responsibility.

Applicants would ideally have a minimum of AAT Level 3 and have experience in a similar role, with full study support through to CIMA/ACCA being provided for the right candidate.
